AIS is the Aaron Mattes method which combines active movements and breathing to stretch specific muscles. Benefits include improved circulation and joint mobility, decreases metabolic waste products and increases flexibility and overall muscle health.
Functional Movement Screening:
A way to rank and document movement patterns that cause limitations and asymmetries in the body. Therefore decrease the effectiveness of functional training, conditioning, and decrease body awareness. The screening helps the trainer use exercises that will be most effective in restoring healthy movement patterns.
